NIOS 10th Class Admission 2026 - NIOS Admissions are open for stream 1 class 10th students. The students who have not enrolled for the upcoming admissions can do so by a late fee submission. The NIOS exam papers come in two languages Hindi and English. You will have the option to choose the medium of examination at the time of registration. So, you can also choose your regional language. The NIOS board will give the question paper in the language of your choice.
Class 10th candidates can select subjects offered by NIOS. They have to study subjects in the curriculum: any one or two of 15 languages, mathematics, science and technology, economics, business studies, home science, typewriting, word processing, psychology, Indian culture and heritage, accountancy, painting and social studies.
Each subject can carry more than one paper. NIOS offers a minimum of five and a maximum of seven subjects.
Students can choose between three languages for their medium of instruction.

Students from all regions can appear in the class 10th exam conducted by NIOS. Those who wish to secure admission in NIOS need to fill up the application form before the last date. The NIOS admission 2026 last date for class 10 is 31st January.
The students can only register after the last date with the payment of a late fee. The late fine admissions are available until March 15th.
A: Yes, it is valid for all exams. The degree given by NIOS is recognized by the Ministry of Human Resource and Development (MHRD), Government of India. However, NEET has banned it before for two months but it was resumed later.
